  • Project, business, and transaction information necessary to provide our products and services, such as lighting specifications, photometric requirements, billing and shipping details, quote and order history, and service records.

  • Audio, and where applicable video and shared screen content, from recorded telephone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings, as described in Section 4.

Information collected automatically:

Standard technical information when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected by us and by our website platform.

We do not purchase, rent, or acquire contact information from third-party lists or data brokers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service

  • Prepare quotes, photometric calculations, and lighting design guidance

  • Fulfill orders and deliver products and services

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and site visits

  • Send quote, order, delivery, and service status updates

We process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests in operating and communicating with our customers, and with your consent where consent is required.

3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

Stoller Lighting uses SMS for one-to-one business conversations. Each business phone number is assigned to an individual employee, and messages are written and sent manually by that employee. We do not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated text messages.

Your mobile phone number is used only to communicate with you about your project, quotes, orders, appointments, account, and service.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than the technology providers that transmit messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

4. CALL AND MEETING RECORDING

Telephone calls to and from Stoller Lighting business phone numbers may be recorded. Microsoft Teams meetings and video calls hosted or joined by Stoller Lighting personnel may also be recorded, including audio, video, and shared

screen content.

Purpose. Recordings are used for quality assurance, employee training, dispute resolution, verification of instructions and orders, business recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Notice. Participants are notified that recording is in progress. Callers connecting by telephone receive an audible announcement at the start of the call. Participants using Microsoft Teams see a visual recording indicator.

Access and storage. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Stoller Lighting personnel and to the service provider that operates the recording platform on our behalf. Recordings are retained in accordance with our records retention practices and applicable legal requirements, and are then deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Sharing. Recordings are not sold and are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose recordings only to the service provider that hosts the recording platform, to professional advisors, or where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Your choices. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell the Stoller Lighting employee at the start of the call, and we will offer an alternative means of communication where practicable. You may request information about recordings involving you by contacting us at info@stollerinc.com.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as communications, telephony, messaging, and call recording and archiving platforms, payment processing, IT hosting, website hosting, and shipping. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
